In this case, the petitioner is complaining that one Dr. Nand Lal Yadav, is running a Nursing Home in the name of "Sanjeevani Health Care" without proper registration and licence and there is likelihood that some untoward incident may happen on account of illegal running of the Nursing Home.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18784 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 Let the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, look into the matter and if it is found that said Dr. Nand Lal Yadav, is running Nursing Home illegally, in such circumstance, proper action would be taken against him but, only after giving notice to said Dr. Nand Lal Yadav. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
