1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court

Patna High Court MJC No.2206 of 2022(3) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 dated 07.02.2022 read with modification order dated 13.04.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No.10687 of 2021, the Additional Chief Secretary, Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has already passed a reasoned order dated 13.02.2023, rejecting the claim of the petitioner, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. At this juncture, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 13.02.2023, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off.
