2. Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, informant expressed suspicion regarding involvement of petitioner and other accused persons on the ground of previous dispute, in killing of brother of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62381 of 2025(3) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 submits that these petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence and only suspicion has been made against these petitioners on account of previous dispute. Charge sheet has already been filed. Several similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by by this Court vide order passed in Cr.Mis.No. 64939/2021. Petitioners are in custody since 15.7.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody of these petitioners, their prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Siwan in Raghunathpur Police Station Case No. 25/2016.
