The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 438 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the specific allegation of causing firearm injury is attributed to accused Vikku and Monu, let the petitioner namely, Khushnood Hashmi be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S.
