JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act. As per the prosecution case, 255 grams Ganja and 750 ml foreign liquor were recovered from the hotel of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery.

Considering the fact that 255 grams Ganja and 750 ml foreign liquor were recovered from the hotel of the petitioner and the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, his prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek
