2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62411 of 2023.

3. Trial Court report reveals that four prosecution witnesses including the informant have already been examined while one private witness named in the charge-sheet and the official witness I.O. are yet to be examined.

4. Considering the progress of trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
