The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that In the whole case diary, except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner. He has falsely been implicated in the case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37043 of 2017 (5) dt.16-10-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
