Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some mistakes in the Web version copy of the order dated 10.03.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.57860 of 2015. Perused the High Court record of order dated 10.03.2016 and uploaded/transmitted copy of Web version to the court concerned. Apparently, there is no mistake in the High Court file but due to inadvertent mistake the last four paragraphs of uploaded/transmitted copy of Web version is changed/different. The last four paragraphs of Web version copy of order dated 10.03.2016 be substituted by these four paragraphs which is as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57860 of 2015 (3) dt.08-04-2016 2/3 follows:- "As per the prosecution case, a raid was conducted by the informant in the Godown of co-accused Gopal Singh and large quantity of rice of the Food Corporation of India/State Food Corporation were illegally found and the Godown owner was fled away from the place of occurrence.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact. There is no substantive evidence to suggest his implication in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.20,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.20,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case and on doing so, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Hussainganj P.S.Case No.150 of 2015 on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57860 of 2015 (3) dt.08-04-2016 3/3 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Siwan, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure."
