Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1329 of 2017 (2) dt.16-05-2018 16-05-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the appellant of Title Appeal No.12 of 1997. The appeal was heard by Additional District Judge III on 21.04.2012 and the appeal was posted for argument of the respondent-plaintiff but since then the appeal is pending. It is prayed that let a direction be issued to the Court in seisin of the case to dispose of the appeal within six months.

I find that the prayer is genuine. Accordingly, I direct that the Court, who is in seisin of Title Appeal No.12 of 1997, shall hear the argument of both sides and dispose of the appeal preferably within six months.

With this observation, this civil miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
