20-04-2016 Noticing the facts by order dated 21.12.2015, notices were directed to be issued to the complainant, the estranged wife of the petitioner, on an address given by her in the First Information Report lodged with concerned Police Station. The address was of Nepal, and the First Information Report is lodged at the Sursand Police Station within the district of Sitamarhi. Notices having been issued on record are letters of Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, forwarded the same to the authorities in Nepal, but the opposite party no. 2 has not appeared nor there any service report.

Be that as it may, in view of the facts as

No.57172 of 2015 (3) dt.20-04-2016 2 / 2 already noted in the earlier order and in view of the fact that opposite party no. 2 has not appeared and petitioner having already appeared in the court's below and sought interim protection as directed by this Court, this Court confirms the interim bail granted in anticipation of arrest to the petitioner by order dated 21.12.2015 on the same bail bond and he would continue till the end of the trial or till the bond is not cancelled.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
