The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 1843 of 2008, which stood dismissed due to non- compliance of peremptory order dated - 04.03.2013. Sri Dronacharya, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that if the writ petition is restored, he will take steps for complying the order dated - 04.03.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1843 of 2008 within a period of four weeks thereafter. The prayer is allowed.
