Counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the order passed in 21251 of 2012 dated 11.04.2013 whereby a Coordinate Bench of this Court has already considered the fact that the scheme of Bal Barg Didis has now ceased to exist. Noticing the aforesaid development, the Court
Patna High Court CWJC No.4686 of 2018(2) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 observed that the case of the petitioners for accommodating in other ongoing scheme in regular or in establishment may be considered, in case such representations are filed to the Education Department to consider their cases. The Court observed that the Department may consider the fact that they had put in service for more than 10 years.
In order to maintain consistency, the present writ application is disposed of in similar terms.
