JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2019 In compliance of the earlier order of this Court dated 05.08.2019, the office of the Accountant General (A & E), Bihar, Patna has issued P.P.O. & G.P.O. dated 05.09.2019, whereby and whereunder the pension and gratuity has been revised on the basis of the revised pay scale. The same is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The respondent-State has also filed a supplementary counter affidavit wherein it has been submitted that the grade pay of the petitioner has been revised from Rs. 4800/- to Rs. 5400/- with effect from 01.01.2009 and the same has been

It is further submitted that payment of arrears of un-availed earned leave amounting to Rs. 9660/- has been made and difference of arrears of revised salary amounting to Rs. 25,444/- has been calculated and shall be paid after sometime.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Accountant General as also the State, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents to make payment of the aforesaid amounts within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the Circle Officer, Sakra, shall not draw his salary.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
