03 litres of countrymade wine has been seized from the possession of the petitioner and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 14.10.2016. Furthermore, as per Para-3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Consequent thereupon, petitioner, Rajesh Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pipra P. S. Case no.168 of 2016.
