2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 198 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 132, 308(3), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim on a construction site and they have also tried to stop the work by threatening the contractor.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.

7. Let a copy of this order this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya through FAX for its compliance.
