2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shankerpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the sister-in-law of the deceased. It is alleged that because the husband of the deceased has illicit relation with the petitioner, the deceased was killed by the petitioner and the husband of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 27.07.2024.

4. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman,

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1, Madhepura/ concerned Court in connection with Shankerpur P.S.
