Apart from the fact that this Court is not persuaded to enter into the issue regarding situs of polling booth, even otherwise considering the stipulation underlying Section 14A of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 read with Rule- 21-Y of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Rules and the provisions of the Bihar State Election Authority Act, 2008, the petitioner while raising his grievance regarding the situs of the polling booth before the statutory authorities under the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, was knocking a wrong forum.

The writ petition is disposed of.
