The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 379, 504, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of assault and demand of demand of dowry and ousted the informant from matrimonial house. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general omnibus allegation against this petitioner. The petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and he is ready to keep her as wife with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph-6 of the petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52928 of 2016 (5) dt.19-01-2017 and the nature of allegation made against the present petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner is rejected.
