Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Mohit Kumar Shah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Amish Kumar, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the State and the Accountant General.

The dispute in the present case is regarding non-grant of A.C.P. to the petitioner.

In view of the assurance given by the learned counsel for the State that they would consider the representation of the petitioner and try to resolve the dispute within four weeks, we deem it fit and appropriate to dispose of the present case directing the respondents no. 1 to 5 to dispose

of the case of the petitioner for grant of A.C.P. within a period of four weeks from today and the consequential benefits shall be paid to him within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
