In the present writ petition, petitioner has raised a limited grievance that Pandaul Purvi Panchayat PACS was given the facility for running the Public Distribution System shop but due to mismanagement by the then Chairman of PACS the Public Distribution System licence of Pandyal Purvi PACS has been cancelled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is change of guard as new set of office bearers have taken charges and public petition has been filed for revival of that

Patna High Court CWJC No.19305 of 2016 (2) dt.10-04-2017 Public Distribution System shop which would run by Pandual Purvi Panchayat PACS.

An application has been filed before the Licensing Authority.

In such view of the matter, the Licensing Authority is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and will take decision by passing reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed.
