ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.1.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.40766 of 2012. By order dated 22.1.2015 the Petitioners were granted anticipatory bail, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the Petitioners could not appear on time.

Considering the same, as last chance three weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the Petitioners for surrender in the Court below. Application stands allowed.
