2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 366, 376, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act registered in connection with POCSO Case No.31/2019, arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 72/2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the thrust of accusation is against co-accused Mitesh Ram, who is said to have applied sindoor on the forehead of the victim girl, who is minor and established physical relationship with her. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP on the other hand invites reference to the order of learned Additional Sessions Judge to submit that

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
