2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motihari (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 260 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 48 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 20(B)(ii)(c), 23(c), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 57 Kg. of Ganja has been recovered from a vehicle of which the petitioner was the driver.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 2.6.2024.

5. Considering the huge quantity of recovery of Ganja, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the report of FSL comes otherwise.
