Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It appears that there is matrimonial dispute between the parties and the earlier case was a divorce case filed by the petitioner prior to the present criminal case. Petitioner is husband of opposite party No.2. He is in custody since 02.07.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the chances of future settlement, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
