This modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner praying therein to modify the address of the petitioner in the cause title of order dated 08.10.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 21787 of 2015.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that in the original petition of Criminal Misc. No. 21787 of 2015 inadvertently wrong address of the petitioner was given and the same defect has occurred in the cause title of order dated 08.102015 passed in the above stated Criminal Misc. No. 21787 of 2015. It is further pointed out by him that the correct address of the petitioner has been given at paragraph 3 of this modification

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57252 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2016 petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the address of the petitioner in the original petition and, accordingly, the address of the petitioner in the cause title of order dated 08.10.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 21787 of 2015 be read as under: "Resident of village Dakshinayan Housing Colony , Tegharia, Block A, 2nd Floor, Tegharia, Near Loknath Temple, P.O. Hatiara, P.S. Baguiati, Kolkata - 700059, West Bengal. "

In the manner stated above, order dated 08.10.2015 stands modified to the above extent. Accordingly, this modification petition stands disposed of.
