2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 111 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution case in short is that the truck bearing Registration No. UP 67T 6701 loaded with sand was seized. It is further alleged that in the night, the truck was taken away.
4. By annexing the certified copy of Bheldi P.S. Case No. 110 of 2022, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the said truck was seized in that case for overloading of the sand. The present FIR has been registered on false and frivolous grounds. He has further submitted that the said truck has been released in favour of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class or its available successor court, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 111 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
