JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 248 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners never demanded any dowry nor tortured the deceased. As a matter of fact the deceased died due to snake bite. Informant has also filed a petition (Annexure-2) to the effect that he filed the present case due to misconception and his daughter died due to snake bite. During investigation, witnesses have also stated about the aforesaid fact. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.37042 of 2017(3) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 248 of 2013 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
