The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, direction/ directions, order/ orders commanding the Respondents and to quash the order dated 09.05.2024, issued by Chief Executive Officer, Bihar State Sunni Waqf

Patna High Court CWJC No.15257 of 2024(2) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 Board, Patna whereby he directed the Office to take steps to initiate the process for constitution of the Managing Committee of the Waqf Estate."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to move a petition before 'the Tribunal'. Though, presently, it is nonfunctional.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Waqf Board submits that petitions are being filed there and once the Tribunal becomes functional, his case will be taken up.

5. In that background, granting said liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
