The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 347 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and her husband is of assaulting the informant by stone causing injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against her and she is a lady and her husband has been granted bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances and petitioner is a lady having no specific

No.36679 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 allegation, let petitioner, above named, surrender within a period of four weeks before the court below and on her so surrendering she shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 347 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors should be a local person having sufficient properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and she will co-operate in investigation of the case and make herself available before the investigating officer as and when required, failing which her bail bond shall be cancelled.
