2/4 Date : 21-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
3/4 On 08.03.2022, we have passed following order:- "List this case on 21.03.2022 enabling learned counsel for the petitioner to obtain instructions as to by when a sum of Rs.2,49,241/- would be paid by the petitioner."
Today, petitioner through learned counsel Shri Ajit Kumar states that petitioner is ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.2,49,241/- in equal instalments spread over a period of six months.
Petitioner reiterates the aforesaid statement by furnishing undertaking, through his counsel, of complying with the order.
Undertaking accepted and taken on record.
Consequence of breach thereof stands explained through the learned counsel.
This Court would not hesitate to not only initiate proceedings of contempt for violating such an undertaking, but also direct the authority to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
