JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Veer Kunwar Singh University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for the same cause, he has also filed an application before the Vice Chancellor of the University, which is still pending.

3. Learned counsel for the University submitted that the

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Vice Chancellor of the University. If the same is done within four weeks from today, the Vice Chancellor shall consider and dispose off the same expeditiously and in any case within two months from the date of filing of the said representation, in accordance with law.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
