The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No.572 of 2015 registered under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 25(1A), 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act. Regard being had to the fact that some one opened fire causing injury to one Manoj Kumar and on chase the police apprehended three persons, namely, Dhananjay Kumar, Vishal Mishra and Alok Kumar and on search country made pistols, live cartridges and blank fired cartridge were recovered from them and on interrogation they took name of the petitioner as one of their

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.685 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2016 2/2 associates, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
