This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Khutauna P.S. Case No.33 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 329(3), 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 118(1) and 103 of the B.N.S., 2023.

It is alleged that eight accused persons named in the F.I.R. have assaulted the deceased. 4.

The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He is said to have assaulted the deceased with iron rod. The petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2025. 5.

Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
