The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Dumra P.S. Case No.149/17 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the I.P.C.

Allegation is against the petitioner that he was appointed on the basis of his false birth certificate.

It appears that subsequently an enquiry was conducted in which the petitioner was dismissed from his service. The said matter is subject to the writ application before this Court. Considering that the petitioner has already been dismissed from service and that further enquiry is pending in the matter, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35828 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in Dumra P.S. Case No.149/17 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
