On 30.06.2016 victim aged about 14 years while was returning from shop after purchasing household articles, during midst thereof, appellant caught hold and attempted to outrage her modesty, for that Panchayati was convened, even thereafter, petitioner had abused on 22.09.2016 and further, behaved indecent manner. Appellant happens to be under custody since 30.09.2016 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition. Consequent thereupon, setting aside the order impugned appellant Mintu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned First Additional Sessions Judge,

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1201 of 2016 (3) dt.28-01-2017 Patna in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No.142/2016 arising out of Bihta P.S. Case No.707 of 2016. Accordingly, appeal is allowed.
