The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sanjhouli P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 442, 307 and 34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local politics. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. There is no specific allegation against him.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that petitioner is husband of the deceased. There is direct allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63401 of 2019(5) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 against the petitioner of setting ablaze his wife and the dead body was found at matrimonial house of the deceased. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
