====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chitragupt Nagar P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 331(4) and 305 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is an accused of committing theft.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of the allegation and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna/ concerned Court below in connection with Chitragupt Nagar P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 with the following conditions:- (i) Both the bailors will be close blood relatives of the petitioner.

(ii) the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Bahadurpur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
