====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-10-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., co-accused Sunil Mahto and Devendra Mahto are alleged to have committed murder of mother of informant by electrocution.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case merely because they happen to be family members of coaccused Devendra Mahto. Specific accusation of committing murder of mother of informant is co-accused Sunil Mahto. As

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66595 of 2024(2) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 per F.I.R., date of alleged occurrence is 07.01.2024 and complaint has been lodged on 19.01.2024 i.e. after inordinate delay of 12 days and F.I.R. was registered on 10.02.2024. Petitioners are ladies and claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P. S. Case No. 56 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
