Patna High Court MJC No.2117 of 2017 (3) dt.07-02-2018 appearing for the petitioners and Mr. Dhirendra Kumar, learned Assisting Counsel Additional Advocate General No.6 for the State.
While filing show cause, Mr. Dhirendra Kumar learned Assisting Counsel to Additional Advocate General No.6 informs that the order on the writ petition has been complied by passing of the order by the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, a copy of which is enclosed at Annexure 'A' to the show cause filed today. Mr. Roy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners admits this position and prays for disposal of the contempt application with liberty to question the same in an appropriate proceeding. Liberty is accordingly granted to the petitioners to question the order of the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in an appropriate proceeding before the appropriate forum.
