In view of the nature of grievances raised on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ petition as also in I.A. No. 103 of 2016, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority i.e. the respondent D.C.L.R., Hilsa, Nalanda under the provisions of Section 15 of The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (In short 'Act, 2009') for redressal of her valid grievances. If such a petition is filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of one month from today with a certified copy of the present order, then the respondent D.C.L.R., Hilsa shall be obliged to initiate a proceeding for exercising his powers under Section 15 of the Act, 2009 and shall take the matter to its logical conclusion at an early date preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such petition by the petitioner.

The writ petition as also I.A. No. 103 of 2016 stand finally disposed of with the observations and directions made above.
