The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Paroo P.S. Case No.192 of 2106 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B/34 Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that the petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. As per the written report, marriage of the daughter was performed with Ranjeet Bhagat on 29.01.2014. She was tortured in her Sasural and was, ultimately, killed on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and her dead body was found in a canal. The petitioners are the parents-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific overt act against them.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.192 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
