No. 30490 of 2023 was allowed on 21.08.2023 subject to payment of Rs. 50,000/- each to the two victim girls as also the major lady.

2. Now, the present petition has been preferred and it is the submission that though the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 50,000/- each to the two victim girls. So far as the major lady is concerned, she herself is an accused alongwith the present petitioner.

3. Learned APP has gone through the petition and he also confirms the same.

4. Taking into account the aforesaid fact, the order dated 21.08.2023 stands modified. The payment of Rs. 50,000/- is restricted to the two victim girls who were recovered when

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made draft in favour of the three on 23.08.2023.

6. In view of the fact that the Cr. Misc. No. 30490 of 2023 was allowed, the draft/ bankers cheque which was made in favour of Saraswati Devi @ Champa Devi to be handed back over to the petitioner/petitioner's counsel.

7. The Cr. Misc. No. 30818 of 2024 stands allowed subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, West Champaran, Bettiah which will be exclusively used for the purchase of generals.
