2. This is second anticipatory bail petition . Earlier, the petition , filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioners, stood rejected vide order dated 24.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51538 of 2023 .

3 . This application does not reveal any new ground or changed circumstances for re-consideration of pre-arrest bail.

4. In view of the fact that no fresh ground has been pressed for consideration of pre-arrest bail as well as in view of the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Anr

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68917 of 2024(3) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, present second anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
