2. The petitioner's grievance in relation to grant of affiliation to the College for the academic session 2017-19 cannot be entertained now since session 2017-19 admittedly commenced in July, 2017 itself and no purpose would be served, if the said grievance is entertained.

3. This is an admitted fact that the College has been granted affiliation by the University from academic session

Patna High Court CWJC No.2296 of 2018(4) dt.09-05-2018 2/2 2018-20. It has also been stated in paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit that Annual Examination of the students admitted in B.Ed. Course is likely to be conducted in the first week of July, 2018.

4. This application, in the background of aforesaid, is disposed of with the only observation that the University should stick to its academic calendar for holding the examination of B.Ed. Course as has been disclosed in paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit.

5. This application stands disposed of.
