2. The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37831 of 2023, whereby on the undertaking given by the petitioner that he will deposit rest of amount Rs.2,15,480/- in the Joint Liability Group within six weeks, he has been granted conditional bail.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on account of some financial crisis, the petitioner could not honour the undertaking given before the Court and he could only deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- within the stipulated period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76066 of 2023(2) dt.10-11-2023 2/2 and Rs. 1,15,480/- is still to be deposited. He prays for further six weeks time so as to to honour the undertaking given before this Court.

4. In view thereof, the order dated 27.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37831 of 2023, is modified to the extent that the petitioner is allowed further six weeks time from today to ensure the payment of remaining amount of Rs.1,15,480/-.

5. If the petitioner failed to do so, the same shall constitute breach of condition of bail entailing cancellation of his bail bond(s).
