The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.342 of 2021 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner earns Rs.6000/- per month as a sales man and he is ready to pay Rs.2000/- per month to his wife for her maintenance as is evident from supplementary affidavit. The

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub-Judge V-cum-A.C.J.M., Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Complaint Case No.342 of 2021, T.R. No.1048 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
