2. This modification application has been filed for extension of time to surrender before the court below in term of the order dated 07.03.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 9757 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 07.03.2025, petitioner was granted bail and six weeks' time was granted to the petitioner to surrender before the lower court, but due to his non-availability in Bihar as he was working as labourer in Kolkata, he could not surrender before the lower court within time fixed by this Court. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for extension of time to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64257 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 surrender the petitioner before the lower court.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and averments made in the application, this modification application is allowed.

5. Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below in terms of the order dated 07.03.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 9757 of 2025.

6. The order dated 07.03.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 9757 of 2025 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
