2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 592 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 386, 366 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the complaint petition, the accused surrounded the complainant whereafter allegation is that he was assaulted and money snatched. Accordingly, the complaint.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of assault is on Tek Lal Yadav and so far as the petitioner is concerned, the only allegation is of that he caught hold of the complainant.

5. Learned APP for the State, pointed out that the matter is of the year 2015 and nine years later this anticipatory bail application and in that background he should take recourse to regular bail application.

6. Considering the delay in approaching the High Court for anticipatory bail, this Court is not inclined to grant him privilege of anticipatory bail which is accordingly rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Jagdish/- U T
