JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle officer, Ghorasahan, District - East Champaran, Motihari i.e. the respondent no. 5 to conclude the proceedings of he pending encroachment case no. 01 of 2021-22.

The learned counsel for the respondent- State has submitted that in case, the proceedings of the aforesaid encroachment case are still pending, the same would definitely

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid encroachment case no. 01 of 2021-22, if not already concluded, by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
