2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The F.I.R. has been lodged against the unknown. The petitioner is involved in the theft and selling of the Scorpio vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Kaimur at Bhabhua/concerned Court below in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 175 of 2024 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Sasaram Mufassil Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

8. This application stands allowed.
